Clear bag and cashless policy

The Dow Event Center has a clear bag and cashless policy for all events.

Cashless Policy

Only credit cards and debit cards will be accepted at all points of purchase, including parking. Shows that have tour merchandise may have a different policy and it will vary by show.

Clear Bag Policy

The following bags are allowed:

  • Small clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ x 2″ (do not have to be clear)
  • Clear, one-gallon bags
  • Bags for medical or parenting needs (do not have to be clear)

Bags in the medical/essential category will be screened by security personnel. Guests with parenting/medical bags must enter through the main entrance of the building to undergo additional security screening.
